Support organizations participating in the Top Workplaces program to launch successful employee surveys and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
Identify and understand client needs to provide them with the best level of customer service.
Capture high volume, repeat sales from established clients for survey packages and workplace improvement services.
Manage multiple Top Workplaces lists simultaneously, and ensure a diverse mix of organizations are surveyed (e.g. size and industry).
Develop long-term relationships with clients to help them to improve their organizational health and encourage their re-participation in the Top Workplaces program.
A strong desire to help clients improve workplace culture.
Must have some sales experience
Relevant experience building and cultivating client relationships.
Effective time-management skills and the mindset to a self-starter.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A willingness to be helpful, open-minded, and a valuable team member.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft® Office® suite and Salesforce CRM platform.
Salary and Benefits:
