Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator

The Human Resource Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with our HR and Finance teams to create a world-class candidate and new employee onboarding experience exercising our values of Helpfulness, Open-Mindedness, and Teamwork. This position is located in our main office in Exton, PA and will be responsible for attracting and hiring qualified employees in a variety of positions.

Some of the day to day responsibilities include:

  • Assist with searching for, screening and interviewing employment candidates
  • Guide candidates through the pre-employment process
  • Coordinate on-boarding activities with new hire and hiring manager
  • Working with various third-party partners to attract the best talent
  • Manage job-postings and our applicant tracking system
  • Assist with employer branding activities and community events
  • Prepare weekly activity tracking report to share with senior leaders

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 2 + years of either HR or Recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of recruiting and employment practices and federal and state employment laws a plus
  • Customer Service focus-treating candidates and hiring managers as your customers!

  • Comfortable talking to different people and representing the company
