Customer Support Coordinator

The Customer Support Coordinator is a member of the Customer Success Team at Energage.  This role works closely in collaboration with our sales teams, Customer Success Managers, and our Product/Technology team to ensure a smooth and a successful experience for each customer.


  • Respond to customer, primary contact, and internal sales team support requests through Zendesk, our customer support ticketing platform.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone support.
  • Assist customers, sales teams, and Customer Success Managers with Survey product set-up, as well as on-going logistics support including but not limited to:
    • Assisting customers with spreadsheets and data uploads
    • Creating in-product department structures to accurately reflect a company’s org structure
    • Creating user access for company contacts
    • Managing automated survey updates
    • Ensuring smooth delivery of purchased survey results
    • Back-end database configurations through a UI
    • Assigning leads to sales teams
    • Executing add-on survey customizations
    • Processing paper survey orders
  • Assist with onboarding and support for our Connect product: company database set-up, email uploads, and support inquiries.
  • Develop a basic understanding of the Survey Results Tool and its data to assist with basic product support.
  • Support overall operations of the Top Workplaces business.
