Research shows that organizations that become Top Workplaces are better able to attract and retain top talent. Plus, having a say through the survey helps these employees stay engaged. Through Top Workplaces, we have found that companies with engaged employees outperform their peers.
Our Business Development Representatives are focused on recruiting companies to participate in the regional Top Workplaces program. They reach out to companies over the phone and by email to educate them about the Top Workplaces program and its benefits. The goal is to turn these interactions into participants for the program.
