Client Services Specialist

Primary Responsibilities Include: 

  • Support organizations participating in the Top Workplaces program to launch a successful employee survey and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Communicate survey results to participating organizations, whether or not they are named a Top Workplace.
  • Determine client needs for data and provide helpful information about the results packages that meet those needs.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and encourage organizations to continue their participation in the Top Workplaces program.

The must haves: 

  • Relevant telemarketing and/or sales experience.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft® Office® suite.
  • Effective time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed a quota.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and independent worker.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A desire to be helpful, open-minded, and a valuable team member.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
